Maps & Reception LAYOUTS

Below are documents with the map of the main barn & property along with examples of table layouts. These are simply examples—you are not required to use any of them. If there isn’t an example for the number of guests you have, please email Kimberly at kimberly@thebarn1906.com with the subject "Table Layout amount Guests", and we will be happy to assist you in creating a setup that works best for your event.

For the head table, the largest setup allowed is three tables across. A one-sided head table with three tables can seat a maximum of 12 people. However, if you choose to seat the party on both sides, up to 26 people can fit—12 on each side and two at each end. Currently, a sweetheart table, which is just for the couple, has become a very popular choice! This option creates an intimate and special moment while allowing the wedding party to sit with other guests.

For your event setup, we have 15 round tables, each seating 10 guests, and 14 rectangular tables, each seating 8 guests. When planning your layout, please remember that some rectangular tables will need to be set aside for the buffet, gifts, coffee station, and other essentials. Additionally, we have 5 barrels with 2' x 2' toppers, which are often used for the podium or decorative elements. 

Above the kitchen is the DJ Booth, which includes two additional tables which cannot leave the Upper Level. One table can be used for the DJ setup, while the other can serve as a vendor table if you prefer to give them their own space rather than seating them with guests. On the bar side, there are two cocktail tables—please note that these tables are stationary and cannot be moved.
