Venue Coordinator
From the moment you book, we provide easy and timely access to our team. Wedding planning should be a smooth process. You can reach out to our team whenever you need guidance as we do not ever want you to feel overwhelmed.
On the day of, our professional Venue Coordinator's ensure that your wedding day is orchestrated the way you envisioned - ensuring every moment flows seamlessly. This complimentary role is to provide guidance and support to guarantee that the logistics of the day run smoothly ensuring that everyone is in sync. Making sure your guests are led to the right place at the appropriate time and coordinating your grand entrance are just a few things we do the day of so you do not have to think of it. If it needs to happen, we make sure it does!
From our own experience of hosting two family weddings in the past three years, we deeply understand the dedication and effort required to plan a wedding. With this insight, we are committed to making the process smoother for you as we guide you with care and attention every step of the way.
Set Up
On the day of your rehearsal, simply drop off all the personal items you'd like us to use for decorating both the interior and exterior of the venue. From that moment, we take care of the rest.
For your linens, we kindly request that they arrive the day before your wedding by 1 PM. This allows us the time we need to carefully inspect everything. With precision and attention to detail, we meticulously arrange your linens and chairs according to your vision.
We thoughtfully organize all of your personal belongings, placing them where they will shine—and if you're unsure, we’ll use our expertise to make sure everything is beautifully situated.
Your ceremony site is the place where a new chapter of your life begins. Each warm walnut bench is placed with precision, ensuring a welcoming and beautiful space within our manicured property.
By the time the barn doors open at 12 PM on your wedding day, the space will be transformed and ready for your special day. The final touches—lighting the candles and adjusting the chairs one last time—will be done with the utmost care, ensuring that every detail is flawless.
Take Down
As the evening draws to a close, typically around 11 PM, our attentive staff will begin to discreetly and gracefully pack up all of your belongings. With care and precision, we will gather everything and place it neatly on a designated table in the reception area. We aim to have everything organized and ready by 12:30 AM, so that when the time comes for you to depart at 1 AM, you can effortlessly collect your bags and walk out the door, carrying only the cherished memories of your day.
Do take note that we do not pack up the bridal suite with your personal belongings. Please ensure that someone is designated to gather all personal items so that they too can be taken at the end of the night.
While the barn 1906 team is not responsible for transporting your belongings from the venue to your vehicles, we are more than happy to assist in any way we can. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every detail is handled with ease, allowing you to enjoy your celebration from start to finish and walk away knowing that your greatest day ever was nothing short of all you dreamed of.
