To ensure a seamless celebration at the barn 1906, a Special Occasion Permit for alcohol is required.
Kindly submit this permit to weddingdocuments@thebarn1906.com no later than 14 days before your wedding day.
Mobile Restroom Rental

At the barn 1906, you are required to arrange for a wedding restroom trailer for your event. Though not required, we highly recommend Chantler's Environmental Services as they offer a selection of luxury, refined and tasteful restroom rental options.
Please note you do not have to rent an accessible washroom, as the bridal suite bathroom is wheelchair-accessible.

Special Event Insurance
To ensure your event is fully protected, a Special Events PAL Insurance policy, with a minimum liability of five (5) million dollars, must be purchased in your name. Laura Van Luyk must be listed as the Additional Insured. You may apply for PAL's Weddinguard up to one year in advance.

Ceremony Rain Plans
While they say rain is good luck on your wedding day, an outdoor ceremony means having a backup plan just in case! To ensure your day runs smoothly, we have two rain plan options for you to choose from ahead of time. You’ll let us know your preference in your questionnaire, so you won’t have to worry about making last-minute decisions on the big day. No matter the weather, we’re here to make sure your wedding is just as beautiful as you’ve envisioned!
